Courtney Melissa Johnson, 26, of Redding, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:06 p.m. May 19 on northbound Interstate 5, south of County Road 35. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Steve Arden Bates, 36, of Red Bluff, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3 a.m. May 19 on westbound Highway 32 at Broadway Street, Hamilton City. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Jodi Lynnette Lester, 42, of Kelseyville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:10 p.m. May 18 on Highway 32, east of County Road VV. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Frank Fred Leach, 34, of Maxwell, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:45 p.m. May 18 at County Roads 61 and U. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Royce Michael Raker, 25, of Corning, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 3:31 a.m. May 17 at Sixth and Swift streets, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Steven Edward York, 48, of the 7000 block of County Road 9, Orland, was arrested by the Glen County Sheriff’s Office at 8:16 p.m. May 19 at his residence on suspicion willful cruelty to a child and assault with intent to commit great bodily harm. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Gary Leland Pattison, 28, and Denise Michelle Powell, 38, both of the 400 block of South Murdock Street, Willows, were arrested by the Glenn County Interagency Narcotics Task Force at 2:48 p.m. May 19 at their residence on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for sale. They were booked into Glenn County Jail.
Fernando Luna Mateos, 35, of the 1000 block of Cortina Drive, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at Highway 99W and Third Street, Artois. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
