Thanks for help on city signs

I would like to let the citizens of the city of Colusa know I
did not forget to acknowledge the two beautiful welcome signs recently erected
on Highway 20 near the fairgrounds and Colusa Golf Course.
I know each and everyone of you worked hard for a very long
time to make it happen, and you deserve a big "thank you."
