• What do you like most about Orland? It's a small community.

• What would you like to change in Orland? It needs to be a little more business orientated.

• What's the closest you have been to a famous person? I was about 10 feet from the Dixie Chicks.

• Tell us about a life changing experience: Having children.

• If you were granted one wish, what would you wish for? The economy to be in better shape.

• Who do you most admire and why? My mom for raising 7 kids and all of the sacrifices she had to make.

• What are your favorite places to go in the area? Anywhere in the mountains.

• What is something you can't live without? My kids.

• What's something about yourself that your friends might not know? That I am a softie.

• Do you have any pet peeves? People who have an attitude of entitlement.

• Describe yourself in three words? Hard-working, honest and loving.

• Pets: A cattle dog. She is a border collie/kelpie cross. Her name is Lacey.

• How do you unwind? Fishing and hunting with the kids.

• Hobbies/interests: Fishing, hunting, welding and producing livestock.

• Where do you get your news? My customers.

• Favorite thing to do on a rainy day: Eat soup and watch movies.

• Dream job: I am doing it! Working for myself in an industry that I enjoy and I am able to spend time with my kids.

• Fondest memory: The birth of Gabriel.

• If you were reincarnated as an animal, which would you be and why? An elk, they are beautiful and majestic.
