The Glenn County Sheriff's Office and Red Bluff Parole is seeking Javier Chavez for being under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to appear and parole violations.
Chavez, 22, is 5-foot-7, 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has "CONNIE" tattooed on his right shoulder.
