Mr. and Mrs. Donald Cecil of Willows, announce the engagement of their daughter, Dawn Christine Cecil to Gurnhan Ergezer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Orhan Ergezer of Ankara, Turkey. An April wedding is planned.
Cecil is a 2001 graduate from California State University, Chico. Ergezer is a 2009 graduate from AH & LA University in Ankara. They plan to make their home in Folsom.
