DUI

 Alejandro Santiago, 24, of Orland, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on Sept. 1 by Orland police on East and South streets on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,380.

FELONY

Celia Rosuara Garza, 23, of Orland, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. on Aug. 31 by Orland police on the 600 clock of Second Street on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Raul Gomez Montalvo, 26, of Orland, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. on Aug. 31 by Orland police on Colusa and Third streets on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $13,000.

Manuel Ruben Perez, 24, of Orland, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. on Aug. 31 by Orland police on the 6300 block of County Road 14 on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
