DUI

Joshua Nathan Welch, 22, of Hollister, was arrested on Aug. 25 at 9:45 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 at County Road 16 on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

FELONY

Angel Luis Urrutia, 21, of Willows, was arrested on Aug. 25 at 12:15 a.m. by the Glenn County Interagency Narcotics Taskforce on suspicion of being in possession of a narcotic controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Guadalupe Vasquez, 23, of Willows, was arrested on Aug. 25 at 12:15 a.m. by the Glenn County Interagency Narcotics Taskforce on suspicion of being in possession of a narcotic controlled substance. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $13,000.

Michael Wayne Vonalmen, 24, of Orland, was arrested on Aug. 26 at 5:43 p.m. by Orland police on Yolo and Marin streets on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
