Kitrice Leslie Ansel & Joseph Henry Rosa Both from Citrus Heights, Ca Kitrice parents are Janet Sykes of willows  & Steve Ansel of Orland. Steve’s parents are Julio and Bernadette Rosa of Modesto. Kitrice has no brother or sisters but her grandmother’s name is Margaret Sykes of willows. Joseph has one brother Michael Rosa of Modesto. Kitrice Leslie Ansel was born in Chico raised in willows and gradated willows high class of 2002. Graduated Chico state in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree. She is the manager at pet smart in Folsom, Ca. Joseph Henry Rosa gradated Chico state 2007 with a bachelors science in Agriculture education. Kitrice is Alumni of sigma alpha Agricultural soronty. Joe is currently serving in U.S. National Guard. They got engaged Christmas of 2006 in willows. And they plan to be married Saturday June 14th 2008 at TJ farms in Chico.
